Why is this ambitious, and why is it so interesting?
Xactly Corp is a leading provider of on demand Sales performance Management solutions. Xactly Incent is a 100% multitenant SaaS application providing solutions for highly complex and multi-tiered sales compensation and incentive management sales organizations, and is in use by over 200 customers today. The entire company is a little over 100 employees. Attempting to implement solutions previously available only to companies of 1000 employees or more, our team strives not only to achieve the economies offered by software-as-a-service (SaaS) apps, but also to drive into business processes that larger and less nimble organizations can’t coordinate due to systems complexity, IT bureaucracy and project interdepdencies that stifle rather than enable, the potential of technology as a competitive advantage.
